The brother of Vulcan SM...just a cool opposite duo.
LCBH Madman- base ML Patriot- head LCBH ???- legs My personal favorite "own creation". He went through a lot of upgrades. This was the second to last upgrade he went through. I just never had time to take pics of his current look.
Black Panther- base Sculpt- every armor piece Spiderman Accessory- cape When Xorn came out in HML format, it was eh...I tried to make it better but it really isn't that much of an improvement but it does have cooler features.
HML Xorn- base Foam- coat Gundam balljoint- neck mechanism Spiderman Black head and twisty ties- "black hole" head Just a little creativity...I since reused the base, but I am going to remake her because that design really looked cool...
Psylocke- base Foam- everything in red Darth Maul Light Saber In all truthfulness, she's supposed to be nekkid. The revision of Sith Warrior Ryla is gonna be better... Another old custom, I believe this was the last I made...
ML Psylocke- base Foam- belt and holsters Felt- cape Hair piece- bangs Just a simple paint job and gluing stuff and making the cape. Nothing too hard, but simple and effective. One of my favorite paint jobs I did. Personally my best custom ever...DTM's War Machine. This probably took a couple years because he either took too long with my spare time working on him, and I really couldn't stand looking at him because he was so incomplete everytime I took a look at him...
Recipe LCBH Savage Dragon- top half XMC Juggernaut- legs, knee pads ML War Machine- chest, mask, shoulder weapons, front skirt, back fan Lots and lots of zoids- backpack Spawn figure gatling gun, LCBH Super Patriot arm- shoulder strapped weapons Spawn figure cannon- BFG Sigma 6 Luke- shoulder pads Foam- probably anything unmentioned is foam (yeah...) It doesn't seem like a lot of parts, but it's mostly the zoids parts and the fact that I had to glue all of that so it could stay in place. All of the armor except his legs are removable. Story is, my War Machine has extremis as well, that's why he's all muscle, but yet have silver "skin". There are loops on the shoulder pads that loop over the shoulder weapon pegs. The shoulder armor keeps the backpack in place. Face is painted beneath, only his eyes aren't. The chrome bits on him are gundam stickers to give some shine to him. Articulation...it sucks with all the armor...enjoy the pics! p.s.- just for fun, that last pic is what it used to be. I say he deserved the reformatted upgrade! I made this along time ago starting with a Cybertron Soundwave. I removed most of the alt mode pieces (wings, nose cone, etc.). I then hollowed out some pieces in his chest to make sure the Sony Walkman fit securely. I believed I mastered the art of "foam sculpting" (using foam instead of sculpt) and made his arms and legs more bulky and box like and resculpted the head with* sculpt to make it different looking than the original sculpt. His weapons are foam with Lego Bionicle pegs that fit in his fist and shoulder holes. Paint him up some black, silver, red, and gold and call it a day. But wait...
Rumble was made with a Cybertron drone (no idea what the name is). They were made to be Rumble or Frenzy, especially with the flip down pile drivers. He, again is mostly made of foam with no sculpt whatsoever. The blasters are now his backpack which was made from foam (again) and two halves of a mechanical pencil tube. Two cassette spokes are made from Lego Bionicle pieces. I didn't feel the need to paint him because the orange, red, and black fit perfectly. The Sony Walkman was not needed since I upgraded to an iTouch but i couldn't leave it there to sit there, it was my first MP3 player ever, so I gave it the upgrade. I used Skullcandy earphones to plug it in and blast the music. Now options include having them plugged in the weapons on Soundblaster, or you can put them in the backpack on Rumble. Either way, it sounds just about right, nothing too good or too bad sounding. It might fit any plug in earphones that have those removable silicone things. Other options include taking out the Sony Walkman and plug in another MP3 or use an iPod. Doing thing you can push the shoulders in so they are closer to his body. Being a transformer, he does have a stupid looking Cybertronian whatever from the first episode. A lamp post? Antenna? I don't know...it's a stupid mode though... Enjoy the pics, |
